  • Miami Heat Game Day Package: Round trip pickup from Miami/Miami Beach (various pickup/drop off location options) 3 hours before evening game time with return drop off immediately after the game.

    • Add-on option to extend extra time and enjoy a full day experience with a VIP Arena tour, lunch and luxury yacht enjoyment.

 

  • Kasaya Center Concert Experience:Round trip pickup from Miami/Miami Beach (various pickup/drop off location options) at 5pm with return drop off immediately following the concert.

    • Add-on option to extend extra time and start earlier at 11:30am to enjoy a catered lunch and an afternoon with luxury yacht enjoyment.

What is included?

  • Unlimited complimentary bottled water, coffee, soft drinks and snacks, along with a variety of other amenities such as Wifi, private restrooms/showers and towels for afternoon experiences.

  • Luxury service will be provided at all times by our Captain and experienced Yacht crew that will ensure the satisfaction of your luxury experience.

  • Additional food catering options, including kosher, vegan or dietary specifics, are available upon request. Guests may bring alcohol and may be enjoyed by guests 21 and older.

  • Is there a crew/captain?
    Yes, a captain a steward, and a server will be on all experiences.

  • How many passengers are allowed on board?
    Up to 12 maximum. 10 are suggested.

  • How safe is the yacht?
    Very new vessel with less than 100 hours, fully equipped with all state-of-the-art safety features, technology and coast guard documentation. The Yacht has life jackets for all ages and sizes.

    • If you have known allergies or medical requirements, please bring spare medication in the event of an emergency.

    Can I bring my own alcohol and food?
    You can bring alcohol and food, but this must be planned in advance by the host, who will coordinate complimentary pickup the morning of your experience.

  • Can I play my own music?
    Yes.

  • Children? Ages?
    We recommend this experience for children ages 5 and above. If you have a child under the age of 5, we can discuss with you and often make accommodations.

  • Are taxes and gratuity included?
    Taxes and all fees are included; (a 10% gratuity will be included in  the package of your choice).

  • Booking window to reserve the yacht?

    We recommend to plan and book as early as possible as games and concerts get booked up months in advance.

  • What are the Pick-Up and Drop-Off locations?

    We offer a variety of options in Miami Beach, Brickell, Downtown, Coconut Grove and a few other areas.

  • What is the route (visual map)

    The routes will depend on the location you select for pickup and drop off . We can share more information on this by phone.

  • Estimated travel time from Pick-up Location to Bayfront Park Dock (is return same time?)

    We estimate 45 mins  to one hour for casual travel time from local pickup in Miami Beach.

  • What happens if it rains?

    We have an inclement weather plan that is based around safety. For light rain, we operate as normal. We constantly review local radar to make every effort to avoid any heavy storms with lightening. Upon any conditions with lightening in close proximity or the forecasted path, we will pause operation and delays may take place. We will make every effort to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. If we determine for safety reasons to cancel the experience, we will find alternate transportation for you to your event, and provide a credit towards a future event date. Terms and conditions apply.
